Celibacy

Hey Divas and Gents,
I would like to know your thoughts about celibacy? Is it an absurd idea or do you think its a good idea and that every person should try it? Is there different forms of celibacy? Such as abstaining from intercourse or from oral?
We all know being celibate takes alot of will power but in the end is it worth it?
